Matthew and I took Brandi to the park again yesterday, and she had so much fun splashing through the water. I know I'm probably sounding like a broken record by now, but I seriously am so ready for Spring to be here! I need green things, and insects, and all sorts of wildlife surprises!
Brandi ended up running ahead of us quite a bit and discovered a dead Raccoon in the sand. I'm not sure about the cause of death, but it didn't seem to have been dead for very long. I'll keep checking back on it and if it stays put-maybe I'll have a skull to collect.
Look at all of these pretty purple flowers! The first sign of Spring making it's way back! Matthew didn't know it at the time, but I snapped a photo of him making a Dandelion wish :)

Lovely photos! I am very excited for spring too --- this weekend is supposed to be the last of our sporadic cold weather, thank goodness! I am ready to start gardening!
ReplyDeleteThank you Kelly! I'm hoping our back and forth weather will be over soon too. We had high 70's for most of the week, but it'll be back down in the 40's and 50's in a couple of days. Good luck with your gardening and I can't wait to see your progress!
